Getting unbiased, experienced advice is invaluable. A single piece of good advice can easily pay for itself many times over (either in avoiding a costly mistake, or making a better revenue generating decisions.)
Research Time. Prior to your first consultation we will spend a minimum of 4 hours (usually much more) researching your business, your competition, and opportunities for growth. This may include interviewing you or your team, as well as conducting online research.
Also, before each session, we will spend another 2 hours doing additional research and brainstorming to ensure maximum value from our time together.
Email Support & Feedback. While you will have clear actions to follow each month, sometimes you may want clarity, additional expert advise or feedback on a piece of marketing. Â
As a client you can send up to 20 questions and 2 reviews via email each month. This allows you to keep things moving between sessions, and to help prevent expensive mistakes.Â
Online Training And Resources. We have developed a variety of online training and resources to help expand your knowledge and save you time. (This has been boiled down from over 15 years in the business, and thousands of hours of training and study, and many thousands more in testing those ideas.)
You can study this in your own time, or use it to help train additional team members. Â
